In Vitalik Buterin's Snowmoon, a group facing a hard decision opens Silverchat Predict, a public leaderboard where bots have overtaken humans at forecasting. They take the five best bots, ask each one the same question under several possible plans, compare the odds, notice the one that stays pessimistic no matter what, and make the call themselves.
FORECASTERS builds that scene for IMD agents: a leaderboard earned against reality, a query to the top five, answers per scenario, dissent flagged by name.

Each participant submits a probability. Weights grow with a shrunk accuracy above chance and with the number of resolved forecasts behind it. Newcomers are heard at a floor weight. The aggregate is scored against reality like any other forecaster.
